David Garrigus is a
critically acclaimed producer, writer, and director of
documentary, health, and educational programs.
Award-winning designer, Joe James, of Joe James
Multimedia created many of the seamless special effects
in RELAX and also authored this unique
DVD.Ccinematographer, Michelangelo Flores, photographed
much of RELAX's amazing imagery. Award-winning voice
actor, Sheridan Wright, provide the
perfect pleasant and calming narration for our DVD.
Lovely actress and model, Tiffany Jansky, provides all
the movement demonstrations for RELAX.
In his over 20 years of experience as a filmmaker, Garrigus
has received numerous awards for outstanding achievement in
nonfiction programming, including Cindy Awards, Telly
Awards, and the New York Festival’s Gold Medal.
His recent two-hour PBS special
